Peanut kernels and shells are separated by shelling and wind power, and the peanut kernels automatically enter into the woven bag. The unshelled peanuts are lifted to the shelling machine, re-shelled and re-separated.

Shelling machine working principle
Model BK-700 groundnut shelling machine integrates key components such as fan, gravity separation device, precision screen, high efficiency rotor and elevator. After starting the machine, peanuts are uniformly fed into the processing area at a constant rate. The rotor effectively crushes the peanut shells through continuous knocking and impacting action. Subsequently, the peanut kernels and broken shells are screened through the screen. Utilizing the airflow power of the fan and the vibration of the screen, the light peanut shells are blown away while the full peanut kernels slide down smoothly, ensuring the purity and integrity of the final product.
