How to make peanut butter with peanut butter machine

The process flow of making peanut butter: peanut kernel - roasting - cooling - peeling - sieving - picking out bad kernels - grinding - homogenization - canning - freezing - room temperature preservation.

Key points of making peanut butter with peanut butter machine:
1. Material: choose peanuts with good maturity, remove mildew grain, iron, sand, stone debris, etc.
2. Roasting: get the peanuts heated to 160°C for 40 ~ 60 minutes. The color of peanut should be consistent inside and outside without burnt.
3. Cooling and sieving: discharge the peanut rapidly after roasting, airing or cooling with cold wind as soon as possible. Then, peel the peanut with peanut peeling machine and sieve the peanut to separate the peanut kernel and peel.
4. Start the peanut butter machine: unscrew the lock nut. If there is no retardant when turning the regulating handle to the coarse direction with flexible rotation, then start the motor.
5. Adjust the clearance: turn the regulating handle in the direction of fine grinding until hearing a slight friction. Do not turn the handle too much, otherwise it would significantly reduce the production efficiency and increase the power consumption.
6. Grinding: grind the peanut into fine and smooth product with peanut butter machine. Feed uniformly to keep high fineness and improve the quality. When grinding with peanut butter machine, you may add sugar or salt (2% ~ 3% of sugar and 0.5% of salt) and 0.05% of vitamin E.
7. Homogenizing: heat the peanut butter to 60 ~ 70°C in the stirring pot and add 2% of and 1% ~ 5% of soy protein, then mix them evenly.
8. Canning and freezing: put the peanut butter into pot, standing and freezing at around 0℃. After the overall crystallization, it can be moved. Later, it can be put in room temperature for preservation.
